A semester-long brand development project. I chose to create a faux video streaming service that was dedicated to the preservation an education of film history, focusing on classic and hard-to-find films in a stable video library.
The project includes logo, magazine advertisements, a television and computer app, and an animated text sequence.
I've been hooked on the music genre of synthwave. Since then, I've discovered many new artists, one of which I hold in very high regard. Scandroid features a contemporary take on 80s retro synth music, and I can't get enough of it.
For the album, I decided to design what an anniversary issue might look like, creating a simpler layout that both keeps with the artist's original aesthetic and stands out on its own.
Accompanying the magazine, website, and movie trailer examples, this is a small set of packaging for a gift bag subscribers could send to friends as a welcome to the service.
The set here includes the gift bag, a DVD case, and a gift card. The most fun I had was creating the little black bar animation on the gift card. It creates the optical illusion that there’s a film reel spinning when you remove the card from the case!
A digitally hand-illustrated holiday card design for the Michigan Bud & Mary’s outreach. I was even given one towards the holidays, with a special message from my branch’s president, which included a note from the owner calling it “badass”. Couldn’t ask for higher praise!
Based on a fairly simple prompt, this was a digitally hand-drawn illustration that is now printed on a shirt for Bud & Mary's staff. I'm happy to say everyone was very excited to see the finished products!
Made as part of a push for a launch in a new state’s dispensaries, these wraps were made to help bring awareness to the Batch line of cannabis vapes distributed by Bud & Mary’s.
A series of gift cards made to be used in Bud & Mary’s dispensaries, designed initially for the holidays but now utilized year-round.
A custom co-branded sweatshirt designed for the staff of Igadi dispensaries. Originally offered in three different color palettes, the final decision was to go with the teal sweater with the white and green text.
